I was fifteen (15) years old when this movie was in the theatres. Carmen Chiodo (Junior)
and I, saw this film many times at the Century Almaden 5 Theatres, San Jose, CA.
A walk-in, we did some side work for the manager and had free access. I lived across
the street from the complex (see picture/Goodbye Brother 1971). Can’t remember how
many times we saw this movie, it was a few dozen at least. Not so much for the script
or cinematography, but more so because we were fifteen year old boys and fifteen
year old girls also liked the walk-in movies. Still, I think the repetitiveness of
the message stuck with me.
